The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 615 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 352, 333, 76, 117(2), 109 BNS, P.S.- Baghpat, District- Baghpat. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for accused-applicant that the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated in the F.I.R. dated 09.10.2025 lodged after a delay of nearly 20 hours. It is alleged in the F.I.R. lodged by the informant that the 15 named persons including the applicant and one anonymous persons entered the house of the informant and beaten the family members with lathi, danda and sharp edged weapons.
