The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.144 of 2026, under Sections 109(1), 351(3), 3(5) BNS, P.S.- Medical, District- Meerut. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for accused-applicant that the false and frivolous F.I.R. has been lodged by the informant against the accused-applicant and other three co-accused. It is alleged in the F.I.R. that they came on two motorcycles, knocked the door of the informant and opened fire. The informant had escaped the fire. Further submits that it is no injury case.
