The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 68 of 2026, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109 BNS and Section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act and Section 3/5/25/27 of Arms Act, P.S.- Babugarh, District- Hapur, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the police has lodged the FIR on 01.03.2026 against 19 named persons. It is alleged in the FIR that in the cross fight between the two factions of the village, there was also firing from the country made pistol. Eight persons have been arrested from the place of incident. It is from the disclosure statement that the name of applicant has been figured out. The accus
