The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 68 of 2026, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109 BNS and Section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act and Section 3/5/25/27 of Arms Act, P.S.- Babugarh, District- Hapur, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the police has lodged the FIR on 01.03.2026 against 19 named persons.
