The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 354 of 2026, under Sections 352, 351(2), 115(2), 318(2) BNS, P.S. Majhola, District Moradabad, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated in the FIR dated 08.04.2026. It is alleged in the FIR that the co-accused has executed a sale deed in favour of the informant. The accused applicant and co-accused have taken the consideration amount.
