The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.109 of 2022, under Section 3(1) U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station- Gopiganj, District- Sant Ravidas Nagar (Bhadohi), with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicant may be released on bail. 3. It has been argued by the learned Senior counsel that applicant has apprehension of arrest and that there is no credible evidence against applicant.
