The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 0104 of 2026, under Section 3(1) of the Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, P.S.- Chandauli, District- Chandauli, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that on the basis of solitary case, the provision of Gangsters Act has been invoked. The applicant has criminal history of three cases and in all cases, the accused applicant is on bail. The accused applicant has been falsely implicated by the police. The other co-accused have already been granted bail
