The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.243 of 2020, under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506, 308, 352, 452 IPC, P.S. Saraymeer, District Azamgarh during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that false and frivolous FIR has been lodged by the informant on 26.12.2020 through an application under Section 156(3) CrPC for the incident dated 09.09.2020. There were six persons named in the FIR. The applicant is a brother-in- law of the main accused. There is only one injured in the incident. The applicant has no specific role. There was enmity between the informant and the family members of accused/applicant from the si
