The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 520 of 2025, under Sections 318(4), 338, 336 (3), 340(2), 352, 351(2), 61(2) BNS, P.S. Firozabd North, District Firozabad during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that in the year 2016, the accused/applicant has purchased a plot from Somwati. The accused/applicant came to know that the sale deed was executed by some impersonated person. The accused/applicant has moved the civil court and filed the suit. During the pendency of the suit, the FIR has been lodged by the nephew of Somwati in the year 2025 through an application under Section 173(4) BNSS. The accused/a
