This application has been moved on behalf of the applicants seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 73 of 2024 under Sections 498-A, 304-B, 323, 504, 328 IPC & 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Chandpur, District Bijnor. 3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicants that the applicants are innocent and have been falsely implicated in the present case with allegations of cruelty and demand of dowry due to ulterior motives. It is further submitted that applicant no. 1 is the jeth and applicant no. 2 is the jethani of the deceased.
