The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 02 of 2026, under Sections 3(1) U.P.Gangster Act and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, P.S. Ahraura, District Mirzapur during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the FIR has been lodged by the police invoking the provisions of Gangster Act. The gang chart has been prepared on the solitary base case of Cow Slaughter Act. The accused/applicant is on bail in the said case. The accused/applicant has no other criminal history.
