The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 248 of 2026, under Sections 137(2) BNS, P.S.- Jagdishpura, District- Agra, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the false and frivolous FIR has been lodged by the mother of the victim with the allegation that the accused applicant has enticed her 17 years old daughter. Later in the evening the victim has returned. The FIR is three days delayed. In the statement recorded under Section 183 BNSS victim has specifically stated that the accused applicant has taken her to a temple in his car. Her modesty has not been robed.
