The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case No. 1094 of 2020 in Case Crime No. 02 of 2020, under Sections 419, 420 and 120B IPC, P.S. Line Bazar, District Jaunpur during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that accused/applicant has been falsely implicated in the FIR dated 04.01.2020 lodged by the informant with the allegation that the accused/applicant and his father had taken Rs. 3 Lakhs from the informant for getting job in railway.
