The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 101 of 2025, (Case No. 318 of 2026), under Sections 193, 195, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(b) IPC, P.S.- Bhatpar Rani, District- Deoria, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant is a victim in Case Crime No. 71 of 2020 lodged against the informant wherein the age of the accused applicant was shown to be of minor by interpolation of record by her father.
