The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 0012 of 2025, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 406, 504, 506 IPC, P.S.- Utraon, District- Prayagraj, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated in the FIR dated 16.01.2025 lodged belatedly by the informant for the incident between 08.10.2021 to 16.06.2023 with the allegation that the accused applicant has assured a job at Swaroop Rani Hospital for which he has asked for Rs. 5 lakh and received Rs. 52,000/-.
