It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated in the FIR lodged by the informant on 02.04.2026 with the allegation that the accused applicant and other co- accused have entered the field of informant and on an exhortation made by the accused applicant, the co-accused Aditya has opened fire which hit the wrist of the informant.
