The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 523 of 2024, under Section 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, P.S.- Kotwali Dehat, District- Bulandshahar, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that Gangsters Act has been invoked by the police against the accused applicant on the basis of one base case, which is the solitary case pertaining to the allegation that the accused being instrumental in getting solved the paper of competitive examination.
