The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicants with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 126 of 2026, under Sections 191(2), 115(2), 109(1), 351(3) BNS, P.S. Bilari, District Moradabad during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicants that the accused/applicants have been falsely implicated in the case in FIR dated 28.03.2026 lodged by the brother of injured for the incident occurred a day before at 08:00 pm. It is submitted that five person were named in the FIR.The accused/applicants were shown alongwith co-accused.
