The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 177 of 2025, under Sections 2/3 U.P.Gangster Act, P.S. Biharigarh, District Saharanpur during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that accused/applicant has been implicated by the police invoking the provisions of Gangster Act on solitary case of Cow Slaughter Act. The applicant is on bail in that matter. During investigation the accused/applicant has not been arrested. The gang leader and other members have already been granted bail by the coordinate Bench of this Court. The charge sheet is submitted. The applicant wants to appear before the trial court to face the trial but appreh
