The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 17 of 2020, under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 477-A, 120B, 34 IPC, P.S. Varanasi Sector (EOW), District Varanasi during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the FIR has been lodged on 12.10.2020 for the offence allegedly occurred in the financial year 2004-05. The accused/applicant is Kotedar.
