The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 0018 of 2024, under Sections 406, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 323, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Moolganj, District Kanpur Nagar during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused/applicant has been falsely implicated in the FIR dated 24.04.2024 lodged through an application under Section 156(3) CrPC by the informant, who is a relative of the accused/applicant and his parent. It is alleged in the FIR that a sum of Rs. 3.40 Lakhs has been given as personal loan to the parent of the applicant. The parents have not returned the amount. On the contrary,
