The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 132 of 2026, under Sections 109(1), 3(5), 131, 115(2) of BNS, P.S.- Badaut, District- Baghpat, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated by the informant in FIR dated 26.02.2026 lodged after the delay for the incident dated 25.02.2026 at 22:45 hrs. It is alleged in the FIR that the accused applicant and three other co-accused have apprehended the informant and other persons at the tube-well and started beating with lathi-danda and butt of the country made pistol.
