This application has been moved on behalf of the applicant seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 43 of 2026 under Sections 281, 125A, 105 BNS, Police Station Babugarh, District Hapur. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motives.
