The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 30 of 2026, under Section 316(2) BNS, P.S.- Babarala, District- Sambhal. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for accused-applicant that the false and frivolous F.I.R. has been lodged by the informant against the accused- applicant on 15.02.2026 with the allegation that the accused-applicant has continuously taken the money from the informant, but has never returned the same along with the interest. Further submits that there is no specific date of giving loan, which seems to be the personal loan given by the informant to the applicant.
