The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.401 of 2025, under Sections 318(4), 336(3), 340(2), 338 BNS and Section 4/25 Arms Act, P.S. Swar, District Rampur during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that false and frivolous FIR has been lodged by the police against three named persons including the applicant, with the allegation while patrolling the police party reached to a place where the vehicles are being dismantled.
