The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 39 of 2026, under Sections 316(5) and 61(2) of BNS, P.S.- Ecotech-1, District- Gautam Budh Nagar, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned Senior counsel appearing for the accused applicant, who is the then Finance Officer of the Gautam Budh University that a false and frivolous FIR has been lodged against the accused
