The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 602 of 2018, under Section 135 of Electricity Act, P.S.- Mansoorpur, District- Muzaffar Nagar, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that accused applicant has been falsely implicated by the Electricity Department for electricity theft in the year 2018. During investigation, the accused applicant has not been arrested. The summons, bailable warrant and non- bailable warrant has not been served upon the accused applicant after submission of charge sheet. The accused applicant has no criminal history.
