The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 104 of 2026, under Sections 109(1), 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 352, 117(2), 74 of BNS, P.S.- Najibabad, District- Bijnor, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant and nine other persons have been falsely implicated in the FIR dated 8.3.2026. The incident is of 4.3.2026 of Holi festival, wherein, it is alleged that the accused applicant along with nine other persons had entered the house of the informant and started beating with lathi, danda and sharp-edged weapon.
