The present Anticipatory Bail Application has been filed with the prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicants - Rahul Pathak, Jai Prakash Pathak, Bharati Pathak and Poonam Urf Pooja Pathak in Case Crime No. 192 of 2023 under Section 326A I.P.C., Police Station - Lohata, District - Varanasi. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that previously the applicants were granted anticipatory bail by order dated 4.9.2024 under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506, 307 I.P.C. and under Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act. Now new section being Section 326A I.P.C. has been added.
