This anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 0285 of 2019, under Sections 376(2)(Gha), 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Georgetown, District Prayagraj, during the pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that after lodging the FIR, applicant approached before this Court by way of filing Anticipatory Bail Application No. 37946 of 2019 (Anuj Kumar and 3 others vs. State of U.P. and 2 others), which was allowed by this Court vide order dated 01.10.2019 and applicant was released on anticipatory bail till the submission of charge sheet. Learned counsel further submits that thereafter, investigating officer, has submitted charge sheet against the applicant
