The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 55 of 2026, under Sections 109(1) of BNS, P.S.- Chakiya, District- Chandauli, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that a false and frivolous FIR has been lodged belatedly by the father of injured. The incident is of 04.03.2026 and the report is lodged on 07.03.2026. The allegation in the FIR is such that the co-accused Amit has taken the injured Ajay with him for playing holi. The accused applicant and co- accused have beaten the son of the informant by lathi and hockey. The injured suffered seven injuries and none of the injuries is fatal to life. The incid
