The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.484 of 2025, under Section 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station- Phoolpur, District- Prayagraj, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the above-mentioned case. 3. The Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. Only single case has been shown in the gang chart against the applicant and in the said case, the applicant is on bail. The applicant has not been convicted in any offence.
