The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.96 of 2026, under Sections 191(2), 190, 115(2), 352, 121(2), 132, 351(3) BNS, Police Station- Chhibramau, District Kannauj, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the abovementioned case. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the FIR has been lodged by a police officer, being the Sub-Inspector of P.S. Chhibramau, District Kannauj. The first information report has been lodged against ten named accused persons.
