The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 19 of 2026, under Sections 3/5A/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, Police Station – Shahabganj, District Chandauli, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail, during pendency of the investigation, as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the aforesaid case. 3.
