This application has been moved on behalf of the applicant seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 159 of 2025, under Section 105 BNS, Police Station Khandauli, District Agra, during the pendency of trial. 3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that initially FIR was lodged under Sections 281 and 106(1) B.N.S. and the applicant was enlarged on bail by the trial court concerned. Thereafter, during investigation, it was found that the applicant was driving without license at the time of alleged incident, so Section has been changed as 105 B.N.S. in place of Section 106(1) BNS.
