The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 378 of 2025, under Section 61(2) BNS and Section 3/5A/5B/8 of Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 Animal Cruelty Act, P.S.- Salempur, District- Deoria. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for accused-applicant that the accused-applicant, who is minor, has been falsely implicated during the investigation in the F.I.R. dated 11.12.2025, wherein the police registered the F.I.R. against three named persons with the allegation that they were on Bulero vehicle carrying cattle as dash one of the motorcycle, wherein the motorcycle borne persons succumbed to injuries.
