The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 499 of 2025, under Sections 303(2), 317(2), 317(4) BNS, P.S.- Khaga, District- Fatehpur. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for accused-applicant that the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated in the case, wherein the F.I.R. is lodged on 22.12.2025 by the informant against anonymous persons with the allegation that the tractor was stolen. During the investigation, the police got recovered the tractor from four persons. The arrest and recovery was in absence of the independent witness. The applicant has no criminal history.
