Court No. - 71 HON'BLE AVNISH SAXENA, J. 1. Heard Sri Ajay Vikram Yadav, learned counsel for the accused-applicant, learned AGA for State and perused the record. 2. The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 80 of 2026, under Sections 109(1), 324(2) BNS, P.S.- Ghiror, District- Mainpuri. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for accused-applicant that the F.I.R. has been lodged by the informant on 02.04.2026 with the allegation that four persons have apprehended him and opened indiscriminate firing on him. Further submits that it is a no injury case. The F.I.R. was lodged with the sole reason of village political rivalry. The accused-applicant has one case of criminal history, wherein he is on bail. The co-accused has already been granted bail. There is no recovery from him. The accused-applicant wants to cooperate
