The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 31 of 2026, under Sections 140(4) BNS, P.S.- Kharkhauda, District- Meerut. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for accused-applicant that the accused-applicant is not named in the F.I.R dated 08.02.2026 lodged by the father of the abducted Kartik Sonu Tyagi. During the investigation, the name of the accused-applicant has been figured out. The charge sheet is submitted against some of the co-accused. The abducted Kartik Sonu Tyagi has been released on same date. His statement has been recorded after the lapse of 6 days. The injured suffered nine injuries. All the injuries are simple in nature.
