The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicants to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 285 of 2025, under Sections 110, 115(2), 351(3), 352 BNS, Police Station- Sehramau Dakshini, District- Shahjahanpur. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for accused-applicants that the accused-applicants have been falsely implicated in the case. The F.I.R. has been lodged by the neighbours against the accused-applicants and other co-accused for the offence occurred on 28.09.2025. There was the altercation between the two parties in respect to the construction of drain. Both the parties suffered injuries.
