The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicants to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 302 of 2026, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109(1), 115(2), 352, 351(2) BNS, P.S.- Majhola, District- Moradabad. 3. It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicants that the F.I.R. is lodged by the father of injured with the allegation that the accused- applicants have beaten him and his son with lathi and danda. It is also alleged that Gulfam has opened fire on the informant and his son with the intention to kill, but they missed. Further alleged that there was the dispute between the two families in respect to the lane in front of their houses. The accused-applicants have also lodged the cross F.I.R. against the informant
