The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 108 of 2026, under Sections 3/5A//5B/8 of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 and Section 109 BNS, P.S.- Saiyad Raja, District- Chandauli, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant is the owner of the pickup vehicle wherein the police have arrested the cleaner and seized the vehicle on the spot while carrying seven cattle.
