The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 270 of 2025, under Sections 110, 115(2), 352, 351(3), 118(1) of BNS, P.S.- Maharajganj, District- Azamgarh, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that he has been falsely implicated by the father of injured in FIR dated 30.09.2025 for the incident occurred on the same day.
