The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 133 of 2022, under Section 379 IPC, Section 4/21 Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulations) Act 1957, P.S.- Panwadi, District- Mahoba, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated by the Mining Inspector alleging against the accused applicant, who is having license for mining of sand, has excavated with the help of the machine.
