The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 56 of 2024, under Section 3(1) U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act 1986, P.S.- Manchi, District- Sonbhadra, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that accused applicant has been falsely implicated by the police by invoking Gangsters Act on a solitary case of cow slaughter. In the base case, the accused applicant is on bail. He has no other criminal history than the base case.
