The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicants with a prayer to release them on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 118 of 2026, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 109, 333, 115(2), 352, 351(3) BNS. P.S.- Karvi Kotwali Nagar, District- Chitrakoot, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicants that there is cross fight between the parties occurred on 04.03.2026. The FIR lodged by informant registered on 06.03.2026 whereas the FIR lodged by the accused applicant no. 1 through an application under Section 173(4) BNSS was registered on 08.04.2026.
