The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 223 of 2025, under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2) BNS, P.S. Gyanpur, District Bhadohi, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated in this case during investigation. The FIR is lodged on 20.09.2025 by Director General Health against nine named accused for seeking admission in medical college on the basis of false and frivolous certificates including the certificate of kin of freedom fighter.
