The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 40 of 2026, under Sections 317(2), 341(2) BNS and 4/25 Arms Act, P.S.- Bankata, District- Deoria, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated by the police in FIR dated 22.2.2026. It is alleged in the FIR that the accused applicant and co- accused were indulged in the business of smuggling of liquor to the State of Bihar on a modified motorcycle.
