The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 260 of 2025, under Sections 2/3 Gangster Act, P.S. Achhnera, District Agra during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused/applicant has been falsely implicated by the police in the provisions of Gangsters Act. There are four cases in the gang chart and in all the cases, the accused/applicant is on bail. The gang leader has been granted anticipatory bail, by the coordinate Bench of this Court in order dated 07.01.2026. The investigation is continuing.
