This application has been moved on behalf of the applicant seeking anticipatory bail in pursuance of the summoning order dated 26.05.2022 in Case No. 140 of 2015 (State vs. Saleem alias Julla), under Sections 302 and 506 IPC, arising out of Case Crime No. 819 of 2015, FIR No. 491, at Police Station Khurja Nagar, District Bulandshahr. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has apprehension of arrest in the above- mentioned case, whereas there is no credible evidence against him.
