The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 300 of 2006, under Sections 420 IPC and 3/7 Essential Commodities Act and 6/9 kh Explosive Act, P.S.- Highway, District- Mathura. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for accused-applicant that the matter is of 2006, wherein the allegation against the accused-applicant is of refiling the liquefied petroleum gas. The accused-applicant was granted interim protection by this Court till the submission of the charge sheet. Further submits that accused-applicant was not served with summons or non-bailable warrants after the submission of the charge sheet. Hence, he could not appear. He has no criminal history.
